Police ID Man Who Drowned In Scioto River

Columbus police have identified the man who drowned while attempting to swim in the Scioto River on Monday. 23-year old Jose de Jesus Clemente Cruz went under near Griggs Reservoir  after going from shallow to deeper water. The official cause of death has yet to be determined.
