Columbus police have identified the man shot and killed in the parking lot of a North Cassady Avenue restaurant early Monday. Police say 29-year-old Corey Brown was likely shot following an altercation at another location. No arrests have been made. It's the second time in less than a year someone has been shot and killed in this parking lot. Last May 29-year-old Chase Breitigam was killed there. No arrest was made. Public records show five reports of gunfire at the location in the last three year, eight reports of a person with a gun and 22 fights.
