Columbus Police have released the identities of the man killed late Thursday by two officers on the south side. Officers Linda Gutierrez and Cassie Scott shot and killed 25-year-old Kawme Patrick at an apartment complex on Lockhurst Road. The officers were responding to reports of an armed man in the area. Police officials have declined to release details of the confrontation, but say a gun was recovered at the scene.
