Police Make Arrest In Early Morning Slaying

Columbus police say a suspect is in custody in the drive-by shooting death of a man early this morning on the Southeast Side. Police say 25-year-old Christopher Smith was killed following an altercation at an apartment complex in the 42 hundred block of Vineshire Drive near Hamilton Road. Police say 51-year-old Michael Tigney is charged with murder.
