Police Say Store Shooting Was Random

Willard Police say the man who killed a discount store worker before taking his own life on Wednesday night picked his targets at random. Police say Shawn Schuett did not know the worker, 48-year-old Kim Kelley, and robbery was not his motive. Another hostage escaped the store before Schuett took his own life.
