Police Say Violence Was Planned At Juneteenth Festival

Columbus police say they had no choice but to shut down the annual Juneteenth Festival early.Police officials say undercover officers had evidence the weekend shooting of an 11-year-old boy by a stray bullet was the beginning of a planned outbreak of violence at Franklin Park. Police officials say they ordered the event canceled on Sunday in order to keep people safe. A 15-year-old has been charged with shooting and wounding the boy.
