Power Restored To Portions Of Franklin, Licking Counties

The driver involved in an early morning crash in Reynoldsburg is being treated at a local hospital.

Police say the driver of a dump truck fell asleep at the wheel and crashed into a utility pole on Waggoner Road. The crash knocked out power to more than 18-hundred people in Franklin and Licking counties. Columbus-based American Electric Power says service has been restored.
