The Columbus Arts Festival opens today, bringing more than 400 artists, performers and demonstrators - as well as an estimated 400-thousand visitors to the banks of the Scioto in downtown Columbus.
Jami Goldstein of the Greater Columbus Arts Council tells Alison Holm the Festival added several new features this year.
