Columbus, OH – During the Ohio Issue 3 campaign, there were suspicions a Minnesota casino company was helping finance the vote-yes side. Backers of the measure approved by voters Tuesday said that wasn't true, but it turns out it IS true. Statehouse Correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
