A Clark County judge has found a former Wittenberg University professor not guilty of raping a 19-year-old developmentally disabled man.
52-year-old French language professor Hollant "Max" Adrien was charged following an incident last August. Adrien told the judge the two had consensual sex in a car, but he did not realize the young man was developmentally disabled. Police say Adrien has been linked to two other attacks targeting teenage boys. He denies the charges.
