Prosecutor Probing Death Of Local Boy

Union County Prosecutor David Phillips says he's investigating the death of a 4-year-old Columbus boy last month who was accidentally run over by a van driven by his father. Phillips says he has unanswered questions about the trauma suffered by Angel Gustbabo Hernandez. Natividad de Jesus Hernandez faces a charge of leaving an accident without talking to authorities, but Phillips says additional charges could be filed. Defense attorney Scott Culbert says he believes the leaving the scene charge will be dropped based on dash cam video recorded by a sheriff's deputy.
