Licking County prosecutors are asking a judge to dismiss charges against the driver accused of hitting and killing the former BalletMet Columbus director in Granville last year. Prosecutors say there are significant problems with the case against 29-year-old Sarah Kieffer, who allegedly struck and killed 60-year-old Cheri Mitchell last September. Prosecutors and defense attorneys say Mitchell failed to stop before entering the crosswalk where she was struck.
