Prosecutors Say Local HIV-Positive Man Impregnated Teen He Allegedly Assaulted

An HIV-positive Columbus man accused of sexually assaulting three teen girls has pleaded not guilty to 19 criminal counts. In court Monday, prosecutors revealed one of the alleged victims of 27-year-old Keith Allen is pregnant. A grand jury indicted him last week.
