Protest At Wright State Over Student Rights

More than 60 students and activists marched across the Wright State University campus near Dayton yesterday, demanding the school president meet with them to discuss African-American student rights.

The protesters say the were supporting their University of Missouri peers who have demonstrated over similar concerns. They also say they wanted to raise awareness of institutionalized racism at Wright State. They want the administration to address a set of demands that include increasing the number of black students and faculty.
