Protestors May Not Demonstrate Outside Of Columbus Church

A Franklin County judge has ruled members of a national conservative Christian group cannot protest in the land in front of the Vineyard church in Columbus. The judge says Minutemen United protesters were trespassing when they held their demonstrations in front of the facility. The group argued it was expressing its message within a public right of way. The judge ruled the right of way ends at the edge of the road along the church, which has no curb or sidewalk. Group members say they're targeting Vineyard because it's been too passive when it comes to fighting abortion, homosexuality and same-sex marriage.
