Public Money Going To Profitable Retailer

Delaware County Commissioners are giving a private developer three-million dollars to build roads around the Cabela outdoor retailer's location on Gemini Parkway.Commissioners say the money will be recovered with 100-million dollars in sales every year after the facility opens this spring.
