Questions remain about validity of payday loan petition signatures

Columbus – It now appears Ohio voters will get to decide whether to overturn a new state law cracking down on payday loan stores. The stores oppose the law, and helped collect thousands of petition signatures to put it on the ballot. As statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports, questions remain about whether all of the petition signatures were gathered fairly.
