The Ohio Association of Realtors says existing home sales statewide fell by 1.4 percent from 2013 levels. And the National Association of Realtors says U.S. sales fell by 3.1 percent to 4.9 million. Median U.S. sale prices rose 5.8 percent to 208 thousand dollars, the highest level since 2007. The median price in central Ohio rose by 5.4 percent to nearly 153 thousand dollars.
