Columbus, OH – Many of Columbus' top decision-makers attended Tuesday's annual birthday celebration honoring the late Mel Schottenstein, who created the Community Shelter Board - the organization working to end the cycle of homelessness in the city. Officials used the celebration to highlight the issue of street homelessness and new steps to move people into permanent housing. Mike Fole reports.
