Beavercreek school officials are celebrating the passage of the district's first levy in ten years.A recount completed this week shows the levy passed by a 31-vote margin. The margin was 29 votes on election night, but the recount included absentee and provisional ballots. The 6.3 mil levy will raise 10 million dollars a year for the district, allowing officials to restore several recent budget cuts.
