Report Says Ohio Poorly Prepared For Infectious Disease Outbreak

Ohio is ranked as one of the least-prepared states to handle an infectious disease outbreak in a  report by the Trust for America's Health and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. The report shows Ohio met only three measures of preparedness.  Problems include decreased public health funding, poor flu vaccination rates and inadequate preparation for emerging health threats.
