Lancaster's indicted mayor is rejecting calls from Fairfield County Republican elected officials to resign. More than a dozen Republicans sent Brian Kuhn a letter yesterday seeking his resignation. Kuhn was indicted last week for failing to file a state tax return. His fellow Republicans say the charges negatively affect the public trust.
