Resentencing In Brinks' Warehouse Robbery

The man who planned the 2009 burglary of a Brink's warehouse in South Linden was resentenced yesterday to 13 years in prison and 3 years of supervised release. 48-year-old Sean Murphy was resentenced after a federal appeals court dismissed two charges against him. 2.3 million dollars was stolen from the warehouse in January 2009. Robert Doucette and Joseph Morgan are also serving prison time for the theft.
