Resource Officer To Remain In Jail

The former Columbus police officer accused of sexual misconduct with teenage girls will stay in jail until his trial.A Franklin County judge refused to release Todd Smith yesterday, ruling he is a threat to his alleged victims.Smith allegedly had sexual relations with two girls while he was the resource officer at Centennial High School.
