Authorities investigating the 1989 slaying of a 10-year-old Bay Village girl are asking for the public's help in identifying what could be key pieces of evidence in the case. Retired FBI agent Phil Torsney says authorities are asking the public to identify a handmade blanket and curtain they believe was used to wrap Amy Mihaljevic's body, which was found in an Ashland County field in February 1990.
The FBI is offering a 50-thousand dollar reward for information that can lead to an arrest. Torsney is the agent who tracked down mobster Whitey Bulger.
