The Reynoldsburg City Schools' board has filed an unfair labor practices complaint against the local and state teachers unions for walking away from contract negotiations. The board says union negotiators backtracked on contract provisions to which they had agreed and tried to make permanent changes to the teacher’s salary schedule. Union officials have yet to comment on the latest salvo fired in the contentions contract situation. The teachers have authorized their union to issue a ten day strike notice and last month, the union filed an unfair labor practices complaint against the board for posting details of contract proposals on its website.
