The site of the closed Rife's Market in Grandview Heights will become a restaurant. The owner of Two Caterers says the eatery will be based on a food truck that she owns. The West 5th Avenue site has been purchased for 700 thousand dollars, and the owner hopes to open the restaurant in July. Rife's closed late last year after 78 years in business. The owner of Rife's said it was time to retire.
