A Franklin County judge has sentenced a man to life in prison for killing a man in a road rage incident in 2011. Prosecutors say 33-year-old William Armstrong was a passenger in a car that was clipped by a car driven by by 68-year-old Wilmon Damron on the South Side. Damron got out to apologize and was attacked by Armstrong.
