Marysville police say drugs and alcohol could be factors in a crash that heavily damaged the school board headquarters.The driver went off Edgewood Drive yesterday and plowed into the building, smashing through one office before stopping in the lobby. Police say driver Ernest Otto sustained minor injuries.
