Delaware County Sheriff's deputies have resumed the search for a man who's been missing for nearly ten years. Investigators started sifting through ponds near Powell yesterday, hoping to find the car driven by Anthony Luzio Junior. They believe it may have ended up in a pond after Luzio, the son of a veteran Columbus Police officer, drove home from a party in 2005.
