Second Body Recovered From Olentangy River

Columbus police have now recovered both of the bodies of the step brothers who drowned over the weekend in the Olentangy River near the Dodridge Street low-head dam. 18-year-old Joseph Welch and 20-year-old Anthony Martin were swept under by strong currents. Welch's body was found yesterday, 100 yards away from where Martin's body was recovered on Wednesday.
