Arraignment is scheduled February 2nd for a Franklin County teen facing delinquency counts of robbery and murder.
Authorities say 16-year-old Deveron Huett was one of two people involved in a fatal home invasion in Mifflin Township last May. Authorities say Huett and 29-year-old Bradley Lubell robbed and killed 34-year-old James Black and wounded 38-year-old Erik Taylor. Lubell was indicted last year.
