Second Suspect In Whitehall Triple-Shooting Sentenced

Whitehall Police

The man charged for his role in a triple-shooting in Whitehall in May of 2014 will serve 14 years in prison. 21-year-old Jabari Jackson was sentenced this week after entering an Alford plea to assault and weapons charges. He was convicted by a jury last August, but was to be tried again after jurors deadlocked on three criminal charges. Jackson and Laron Kendrick shot and wounded 21-year-old Aydrein Jordan and 20-year-old Chyna Ames in the parking lot of a Hamilton Road apartment building. A third person was wounded in the shooting. Kendrick is serving a 20 year sentence.
