Columbus Public Health says two Franklin County residents have tested positive for West Nile Virus. A 51-year-old woman is hospitalized with complications and a 67-year-old woman is recovering at home. Three cases have now been reported in the county this year, and 16 have been reported statewide. One death has been reported. Franklin County had no reported West Nile cases last year.
