Services Scheduled For Late City Council Member

Funeral Services have been scheduled for Canal Winchester City Council member John Bender, who died Saturday of leukemia at the age of 71. Bender served on Council for 17 years. He was one of five candidates running for four city council seats in the November election. Services will be held this coming Saturday morning.
