Shelter Request In Washington Court House Lifted

recordherald.com

Fayette County officials are giving the all clear after a chlorine leak forced residents to shelter in place.  The leak happened Friday at a water treatment plant in Washington Court House, prompting deputies to ask people to stay in their homes.  Authorities say the city's water supply wasn't compromised by the leak. The Record Herald reports the city manager said a tank appears to have had a faulty valve.
