Pickaway County Sheriff Dwight Radcliff has identified the two deputies who shot and wounded a man on Sunday. Matthew Lane and Brandon Skaggs shot and wounded 40-year-old Zachary Neff at his home north of New Holland. Radcliff says Neff shot at the deputies who were responding to a report that he threatened someone with a weapon. The deputies have been placed on paid leave while a grand jury reviews their actions for possible criminal charges.
