Short North Posse Leader Sentenced For Multiple Murders

One of the leaders of the Short North Posse gang has been sentenced to life in prison for several drug-related murders. 37-year-old Robert Ledbetter was convicted with two other gang members of killing 23-year-old Alan Johnson in 2006 as revenge for the death of his brother. He was also convicted for having a role in the 2007 death of drug dealer Marschell Brumfield Junior in Pickerington. Ledbetter was also convicted of ordering the slaying of his girlfriend while he was behind bars in 2011.
