Six Month Sentence For Armed Theater Patron

The North Ridgeville man convicted of carrying a loaded gun, ammunition and knives into a Westlake movie theater was sentenced today to six months in prison.38-year-old Scott Smith was arrested last August. Smith's attorney says his client had the weapons for protection in case someone tried to copy the Colorado theater shootings three weeks earlier that left 12 people dead.
