Skimmers Active In Westerville

Westerville police are warning holiday shoppers who use their debit cards that four people have been arrested for using "skimming" devices.Those devices take information from debit cards and is used by thieves to reload gift cards. People are being asked to never let their cards leave their sight while paying for items.
