Columbus fire investigators say the explosion that leveled a Lock Avenue home was accidental. Investigators say the blast was caused by natural gas buildup after the homeowner replaced a shutoff valve. The homeowner and his 3-year-old great-granddaughter were injured in Tuesday's explosion.
