South Side Standoff Ends Peacefully

Columbus police say a man held officers at bay at his South side home last night for the second time in the last five months.

33-year-old Robert Ruff is hospitalized in stable condition after threatening to take his own life inside of his Lawrence Drive home. Police say he made similar threats last October.
