Columbus, OH – The speaker of the Ohio House has changed his mind about whether a teenager who won an anti-abortion oratory competition may receive a legislative resolution of congratulations on the House floor. But Armond Budish, who is also pro-choice on abortion, insists he's sticking with his basic stand that controversial resolutions should not be handed out that way.
