A new attorney for white nationalist Richard Spencer's campus tour efforts says he plans to drop a lawsuit against Ohio State University.
James Kolenich tells the Associated Press litigation will continue against the University of Cincinnati. Kolenich took over the two cases after attorney Kyle Bristow abruptly withdrew on the eve of Spencer's Monday night appearance at Michigan State University amid protests.
