A Springfield man who twice ran off with a 14-year-old girl has been sentenced to prison time. Mark Edwards was sentenced to 20-years in prison. Clark County prosecutors say he took advantage of a close relationship with the victim's family to kidnap the girl from her home and engage in sexual conduct with her.
