Ohio Governor John Kasich has ordered flags be flown at half-staff at state public buildings and grounds today to commemorate today's anniversary of the nine-eleven attacks.
He also calls on Ohioans to observe a moment of silence at 8:46 a.m., when the north tower at the World Trade Center site in New York was struck by a plane. Columbus Mayor Michael Coleman plans to host a lunchtime remembrance ceremony with veterans at City Hall today to honor those who died in the attacks and the emergency responders.
