State To Decide On Seclusion Room Rules

The Ohio Board of Education is scheduled to vote tomorrow on whether Ohio schools should have to follow standard rules regarding seclusion rooms. The use of seclusion and restraint of children with disabilities has come under scrutiny in the past year when it was learned that teachers sometimes use the rooms to punish children.
