Butler County Sheriff's deputies say Republican State Representative Wes Retherford is charged with driving under the influence and improper handling of a gun in a car. Retherford was arrested early Sunday after deputies responded to a report of a man passed out behind the wheel at a restaurant. A gun was found in the car. No other details have been released.
