Columbus, OH – State lawmakers have reached a deal to resolve an impasse over a budget deficit by combining Governor Ted Strickland's income tax cut delay with a pilot project for new construction rules. State lawmakers plan to vote today on the deal reached last night that would avert $850 million in budget cuts to school districts. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has details.
