A man who escaped from the London Correctional Institution more than 22 years ago has been arrested in Indiana. 71-year-old Roger Perdue was arrested December 12 in Kokomo, where he had been living with his wife under an assumed name. The arrest followed an anonymous tip. Perdue escaped in March 1992. He had served five months of a 5 1/2-year sentence for grand theft.
